:: Integration
Is it enough just to practice the asanas proerly, or do we need to strive to understand why are we doing yoga?
"A few years ago during one of my teacher trainings, the senior teacher concluded a lecture on spirituality with a warning: "I consider myself an asana teacher, not a philosopher," he cautioned, "and I hope that's how you'll think of yourself, too."

:: The Art of Blessing
Check out the articles section of the following link to find out more about The Art of Blessing
The Art of Blessing is a practice that requires
- a determined efficient inner effort;
through our unselfish acts, it makes us love and assist those that are unhappy, because it is God that we love in others;
- through unconditional love for all forms of God, we destroy the ego; God's presence will become more and more luminous in us and the malevolent influences will diminish accordingly;
- leads us to spiritual maturity, which creates the opportunity to meet our spiritual master. This meeting takes place through the divine game for our own necessity. His teachings will suit our requirements and we will follow him unconditionally;
- will often bring moments of synchronicity;
is a direct and complete path without deception, it causes every fear and doubt to disappear;
- will guide us through itself. It will show us the path to follow; which is to give ourselves to humanity, to develop ourselves in a way that is mutually beneficial to humanity.

:: Inedit Vision On Responsibility
Responsibility -- go to the root meaning of the word: it means to be responsive. Love is a response! When the other calls, you are ready. When the other invites, you enter the other. When the other is not inviting, you don't interfere, you don't trespass. When the other sings, you sing in response. When the other gives you her or his hand, you take it with deep response.

:: Why Has Sex Become A Taboo?
- Why has sex become a taboo?
- Because it is a process of alchemy: it transforms a vast manifestation of spiritual energy, which is love, into a physical gesture.
"It is imposible to understand sex as we see it nowadays - a mere response to a few physical stimuli. In reality, it is far more than that, and carries with it man's and humanity's entire cultural burden. Each time we face a new experience, we bring with us all past experiences - both good and bad - as well as those concepts which civilization has made into rules.

:: Meditate In The Market Place - Nadabrahma
It is a mantra meditation, and mantra is one of the most potential ways. It is very simple yet tremendously effective, because when you chant a mantra or you chant a sound your body starts vibrating; your brain cells particularly start vibrating.

:: The Legend
There is a legend in the region of Punjab, about a thief who broke into a farm and stole two hundred onions. But before he could make his escape, he was caught by the farmer and led before the judge.
The magistrate past sentence: the payment of ten gold pieces. But the man alleged that the fine was too high, so the judge offered him two alternatives: to be whipped twenty times, or eat the two hundred onions.

:: The Kingdom Of This World
The kingdom of this world
An old hermit was once invited to visit the court of the most powerful king of those times.
- I envy such a saintly man, who is content with so little - said the ruler.
- I envy Your Majesty, who is content with even less that I - responded the hermit.
- How can you say such a thing, if this entire country belongs to me? - said the offended king.
- For precisely that reason. I have the music of the celestial spheres, I have the rivers and mountains of the whole world, I have the moon and the sun, because I have God in my soul. Your Majesty, on the other hand, has only this kingdom.

:: New Year Reflections
""Over the past two weeks, I've asked my yoga students to spend some time reflecting on their experiences in 2003 and setting fresh intentions for the New Year. They've shared stories about how yoga has helped them get over breakups, deal with asthma, become more aware of their bodies, and reduce stress in their lives."

:: The Highest Ideal
The Dalai Lama's brother, Tenzin Choegyal, says:
"As a Tibetan, I believe in the reincarnation of man. But the West only seems interested in the exotic side to our customs - the oracles, rituals and ceremonies. None of that has any importance: the highest ideal, the miracle of Buddhism, is to allow any human being with an empty heart to become a person filled with love and compassion.

:: Parapsychology
Definition 1: Parapsychology is the scientific study of events associated with the human experience. This definition is very vast but it is still accurate. Indeed parapsychology is meant to re-consider the entire human experience, offering a new vision of life.
Definition 2: In a limited sense, parapsychology represents the unusual study of phenomena that belongs to both spheres; pure subjectivity and pure objectivity. We call these phenomena “anomalies”, “mysteries”, “paranormal phenomena” because they are difficult to explain using current scientific methods.

:: Sex, Sexuality And Spirituality
Ever since his discourse From Sex to Super Consciousness in 1969, Osho has been labelled as the Sex Guru. But those who labelled him thus never bothered to read those discourses, or understand his words. The compilation of these discourses is just one of the over 650 books that have been compiled from his discourses on various topics from aesthetics to Zen.
This story is enlightening:

:: The Path to Love
In The Path to Love, Deepak Chopra says that by bringing spirituality back into our relationships, we can discover a world of depth and meaning. He says: "You were created to be completely loved and to be completely lovable for your whole life". The problems begin when we start taking love for granted and get possessive about life. We deny freedom and space to the people we love - our children, spouse, friend. Unknowingly, we start killing our love. And we create bondage for ourselves, too, when we curb the freedom of the person we love.
