The Great Cosmic Power Tara is also named The Infinite Rescuing Cosmic Power. Her mission includes, among other things, to assist the Bodhisattva-s in their activity. She emanates the Divine Compassion.
In the Buddhist tradition, The Great Cosmic Power Tara is the feminine counter part of Avalokiteshvara, the divine being who directs His infinite compassion and attention towards the Earth.
