:: Male Multiple Orgasms? A Possible Reality
"You no longer need to worry about making your lover orgasm, and then have an orgasm of your own. The two of you rather have the opportunity to experience in the same time intense states of pleasure and happiness."
Find out how to do it...and if you are a woman, find out how can your lover do it!

:: Ayurvedically Pure
"Our bodies are threatened with toxic overload. Rising cancer rates, together with the disheartening discovery that even breast milk is laced with dioxin and other chemical contaminants, are only two of hundreds of startling reminders that environmental pollution is taking its toll. Now more than ever, we need to support our body’s natural capacity for self-healing. Ayurveda
is a good place to start."

:: The Secret Of Successful Meditation
"Many of us have noticed that when we try to focus on a certain issue, subject or phenomenon, most often our mind would not stay with us, wandering about to things we sometimes barely become aware of.
Focus is a special, disciplined form of attention, which implies a contraction in the field of attention, so that there is no interference of the irrelevant stimuli, which usually distract us. Our whole consciousness is now directed in one direction only, or in other words we are focused."

Kumbha Mela Revisited
Never Before Seen Photos
"At this unprecedented appearance at the Kumbha Mela His Holiness (i.e. The Dalai Lama) called for brotherhood and peace among all the people and religions of the world."

:: Master Your Mind
"Mind is the greatest of all mysteries.
It stands between an individual and the highest truth and is the cause of both bondage and liberation. Properly trained, mind can help you attain enlightenment, but if misguided, it can leave you stranded on the shoals of confusion and bondage. Peace is created by the mind. First, make the decision to be content in any circumstance.
From that womb of contentment, peace is born. It is foolish to expect to achieve peace by retiring into the deep forest or leaving for a distant galaxy. Ultimately, one must find peace right within one’s own mind."

:: Break The Deafening Silence
"If, even at least once in our life we manage to establish this type of contact with God, and if we manage to break the silence between our soul and His presence, we can be sure that God will break this silence many times more, in different circumstances of our lives."

:: THE WEB OF LOVE
"Tantra envisions the Universe as an extremely complex, multi-dimensional web of invisible energies. This Science permits the controlled expansion of consciousness beyond the web of illusory appearances and thus liberates us from ignorance. Tantra is also called Vama Marga, i.e. The Left Hand Path, due to the fact that women, who are of lunar influence, negative polarity or the left, play an essential role in this Science."

:: The Hindu Commandments - Niyama
"SAUCHA means cleanliness, purification. It implies cleanliness of the body (both inside and outside) and mental purification (eliminating negative thoughts and mental agitation).
SAUCHA includes six traditional techniques of purification called SHAT KRIYAS."

:: Seek Happiness
Georg Feuerstein, Ph.D., the founder-president of Yoga Research and Education Center (YREC), has authored numerous books, including The Yoga Tradition, The Shambhala Encyclopedia of Yoga, and Tantra: The Path of Ecstasy. :: Who has seen God?
KS: But Swamiji is my God and that is why I have come to him. It is he who can relieve me of my problems.
SSS: Who has seen God? And yet people pray to Him day in and day out and say their prayers were answered. Prayers are not spoken with the mouth but through the heart. A simple prayer uttered through a pure heart has such high potency that it can even reach someone whom you have never seen and whose address you do not even know. Then why do you clamour for darshan?

:: The Hindu Commandments: Yama - Second Part
"The Great Sage VYASA said: "The wise man must first decide what is good for the living beings and only after that he can speak, refraining from lying." As we saw above, in order to tell and especially to impart the truth, it is imperiously necessary to realize that truth in ourselves in the first place."

:: A Great Guru And His Ideal Disciple
"The world with all its beings as well as all other astral worlds with all their inhabitants of celestial nature is the result of the interplay between Purusha and Prakriti — the Supreme Being and its mystic power. Purusha is the Supreme Father, and Prakriti is the Supreme Mother, of all beings. The Fatherhood of God is a very old conception taught by the Hindu Scriptures, which was adopted by other Faiths founded later on this earth. The Supreme Being and His Power otherwise known as Maya, Prakriti and so on are alone worshipped as Siva and Parvati, Krishna and Radha, Rama and Sita, Muruga and Valli and so on. Man and woman are the very images of these two principles, viz., Purusha and Prakriti"

:: The Hindu Triad of Gods - Shiva
SHIVA - THE GOD OF DESTRUCTION
"He is the never-created creator of all: He knows all. He is pure consciousness, the creator of time, all-powerful, all-knowing. He is the Lord of the soul and of nature and of the three conditions of nature. From Him comes the transmigration of life and liberation, bondage in time and freedom in eternity."
[ Feb/05/2003 ]
:: The Hindu Commandments
"It is important to understand that as long as we have not attained spiritual self-realization yet, we will not be able to observe perfectly these rules. However, it is also important to try constantly to observe them day by day.
Making from these guidelines a true day to day practice, a living "barometer" of our presence and awareness in our actions, words and thoughts certainly improves our perspective on ourselves, as well as on what man can be - a perfect divine being!"

:: The Hindu Triad of Gods - Vishnu
VISHNU, THE GOD OF EROS
"The intense erotic experience is the "seed" of all Tantric spirituality. It is the very pure touch of love, the unparalleled experience that stimulates passion, sets the senses on fire, and awakens the latent energy, Kundalini Shakti residing in the sexual center, Muladhara chakra."

:: Stay Healthy With Yoga
A recent study with heart patients showed that those who followed a stress reduction program which included some yoga practices
did better than patients who followed exercise programs without yoga or did nothing. Further preliminary studies indicate that yoga might be particularly helpful for patients with conditions like epilepsy, asthma and anxiety/stress-related conditions.

:: The Hindu Triad of Gods
"In the Hindu tradition, the whole creation is the dynamic game of three fundamental forces symbolized by the three gods: Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva.
This triad is made up of the creator (Brahma), the sustainer (Vishnu) and the destroyer or transcendent (Shiva). The correspondence of these three principles (creation, sustenance and destruction) in our daily existence is to be found in birth, life, and death."
Today we introduce you to the first of them, Brahma.
