Almost daily, most people spend at least eight hours working. We are all very used to this investment for our careers.

Several times a year we have fun and party with our friends, for at least one day and one night in a row. It seems then appropriate that we take this time to party and feel good with our friends.

But have you ever thought to turn this fun-party into a spiritual party of twenty four hours? We invite you to try it at least once in your life. We give here the important aspects, in short, for the method of invoking God for an interval of 24 hours, continuously.

An especially important element for establishing an authentic, deep dialogue with God is to know clearly which aspect of God is closer to your soul, because it can help us get closer to the Transcendent God.

If we disregard our inner affinities and we approach prayer mechanically and superficially, we must not be surprised because we do not perceive an inner answer from the Divine.

Another important rule is to make our plea to Him, in which we ask Him to manifest Himself as clear and vigorous as possible, because an anemic plea will obviously be ineffective.

If we strongly believe in the reality of this dialogue, saying to ourselves: "God will certainly communicate with me, I have complete faith in His response", refusing even to admit another possibility than His response, and if we continue tenaciously, He will most certainly answer us someday.

If, even at least once in our life we manage to establish this type of contact with God, and if we manage to break the silence between our soul and His presence, we can be sure that God will break this silence many times more, in different circumstances of our lives.

Often He puts us to test with His silence, in order to see if we truly wish Him to "talk" to us, if we truly burn for His presence inside our souls. As long as the intensity of our desire to feel His presence has not convinced Him, He will most likely not answer. The human being can offer the Lord nothing but the true and genuine love for Him.

When a person awakens to the spiritual life, then his or her consciousness obeys no other rule but the divine will. In this stage of the spiritual evolution, we may be certain that God will guide our steps.

However, God will never "tell" us that He should be the only desire of our heart, because in reality He expects us to offer Him our love unconditionally, in a desire springing from our heart, without any pressures. This is the supreme magic secret of the manifestation.

Our love is the one and only precious gift that God expects from us, even if He does not explicitly indicate this. Consequently, God expects something from each and every one of us: He expects our love. And we will be truly happy only when we offer this love at His feet, in a total and unconditional manner.

As long as we'll be merely egoistic, ignorant, mean, lacking love, whimsical, spiritual pigmys crawling for His gifts, but never caring for the one offering them those gifts, we will only fall from one abyss of suffering to another, deeper and deeper.

In reality, God is the very divine essence of our being, and therefore we will not be able to express our true nature in a spontaneous manner unless we learn to manifest His presence inside ourselves.

We will never be able to find deep and lasting satisfaction in the world of the matter and temptation, because in reality our true inner nature is divine, as it is a spark from God. The great yogi Swami Shivananda said: "nothing can last forever in those who do not last in God". As long as we will not find our lasting peace in God, we will not find it any other place.

The great majority of people consider that behind their closed eyes there is only darkness. However, if we focus intensely on the "spiritual eye" (Ajna chakra) we will be offered with a spiritual vision of great importance.

Then we will be able to contemplate more mysterious worlds, and we will be able to perceive subtle mysterious universes of great splendor, with thousands of charming and fascinating lights.

If our capacity of mental focus will become stronger, and our spiritual level refines to such an extent, the crust of ignorance and egotic limitations will break and thus we will be able to enter the realm of the divine reality. Then and only then we will be able to hear the voice of God.
