The anaphrodisiac diet goes by the principle "less, but better" and aims at a temporary decrease of the disturbed sexual energy, so that the person in question has the time to bring harmony on this level.
O F T H E S E X U A L E N E R G Y
Through this type of regime, we do not aim merely at a decrease of the sexual energy, but at purification as well, gaining the time to redirect, to sublimate harmoniously the erotic desire.
This diet is recommended in the cases of sexual hyper-excitability, masturbation, bent towards perversions, frequent and draining discharges of sexual energy during lovemaking or through premature ejaculations.
The main effects targeted by this diet are:
The decrease of the sexual energy - performed through perfectly and healthy natural methods, which have no harmful influence of the human person and which have only a temporary effect.
Here are some recommendations:
- Use anaphrodisiac aliments such as lettuce, pumpkins, and bitter vegetables, consumed in their raw state.
- During the diet, avoid completely any spices such as pepper, pepperoni, curry, ginger, oregano, thyme, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves.
- Decrease the quantity of salt by half.
- Eliminate from your diet sugar, and the products that contain sugar, meat, and other products made with the above-mentioned ingredients.
- Eliminate also the coffee and the alcohol.
- Use anaphrodisiac plants such as valerian, hops, lime tree flowers, lavender.
- Use infusions of lime, and lavender combined with mint and sage.
- Physical exercises that help you have a great physical energy, burning away the fat in excess.
Under these circumstances, in which the food is not sweet, nor spiced, nor salted, can one eat and live experiencing at the same time great pleasure?
The answer is yes, because we do not live to eat, but we eat to live and to preserve our physical structure as fit as possible.
The aggressive taste of food is eliminated in order to be replaced with the natural, subtle taste of the pure aliments, which are an excellent means of purification and re-education of the taste.
Many of you will rediscover in the pure and "alive" food the genuine and long-forgotten pleasure of eating. It is known that the disturbance of the sexual energy is manifested through an amplified tendency to stimulate the sense corresponding to this center of force (SWADHISTHANA CHAKRA), in this case the taste.
Such persons will have to deal with a clear disturbance of the appetite, some eat too much, others will indulge in eating sweets, and others will get to alcohol as an instinctive tendency to stimulate all their senses.
Purification is a necessary stage because in its absence any anaphrodisiac diet becomes useless. The general problem is not that of a huge sexual energy, but that of a huge impure sexual energy, leading to strange behavior.
