The preoccupation for food holds great importance for any person and is not, in any case undignified for a man. As food is the main source of energy for the body, the interest in this aspect is natural.

In the absence of fuel, even the most effective mechanism becomes functional - this is a commonly known and accepted fact. Likewise, the physical body cannot function properly if it is not cared for accordingly.


PRECONCEIVED IDEAS AND SOLUTIONS
The way we choose our food, the spices we use, and the quantity of food, and the moments of rest are factors influencing the vigour and vitality of any man. Man lacking vitality is said to be a fighter with feet of clay.

Men have the tendency of quickly consuming their energetic reserves and therefore, they need to refresh these rhythmically. The concern for one's diet does not equal the preoccupation for eating the juiciest meals, nor the mathematic dosage of calories and microelements.

When referring to the 'real' food for a man, many persons have in mind a diet including meat, seasoned with all kinds of stimulating aliments, among which alcohol holds an important place.

This is a common opinion, shared by the great majority of the Europeans, however, a diet based on meat is not recommended for men who wish to increase their virility.

The most recent discoveries in the area, especially connected with vitamins, oligoelements, enzymes, and phytohormones have determined a radical change in the Western conception about food. The natural style and the 'green' diets win over more and more adepts.

According to some careful observations, the vegetarians, especially those whose diet is based mainly on fresh fruits and vegetables, life for a longer period of time, maintain their vigour until old age, and are less predisposed to cancer, sclerosis, hepatic diseases, intestinal disorders, etc.

Moreover, vegetarianism is quite indicated for intellectual activities. It is not a mere coincidence that famous men such as Einstein, Darwin, or Newton were vegetarians.

In addition, it is not a secret that most contemporary personalities in the movies and music have a diet almost exclusively vegetarian.


MAIN ISSUES IN CHOOSING THE FOOD
This presentation was based on the following facts:
1. The fittest diet for a man is a mainly Yang diet.
In the following, we will explain the reasons supporting this statement. The whole Universe is generated by and subject to the two complementary and opposed forces, known in the Oriental traditions as YIN and YANG, corresponding to the feminine, respectively the masculine aspects.

Consequently, even the food has a certain energetic predominance of one of the two fundamental forces, Yin and Yang, in different proportions and degree each.

You have to bear in mind that in the beginning, you may not very much enjoy consuming Yang aliments. If so, this is a fact indicating that there is an excess of Yin energy, which temporarily influences your culinary taste.

In time, as you acquire more and more Yang energy, your culinary preferences will change.

2. Each of you should choose the food according to his structure and individual necessities. What may be medicine-food for one may prove to be, at a certain time, damaging for another.

Sexual vigour is in close relationship the general state of vitality of a person. It is a fact of common knowledge that in the case of both feeble/weak and fat men, the sexual glands (the testicles) do not function properly, and consequently, their penises have unsatisfactory sizes and hardness.

In such situations, the invigorating diet is different. The persons who are too fat, and consequently lack vitality because of this surplus, will adopt a diet made up mainly of raw vegetables, light food, and in certain moments they will fast.

The persons suffering of asthenia, lacking vitality will eat consistent types of food, and the meals will be regular.


TYPES OF SEXUAL DISORDERS
The sexual disorders that may be cured through diet as well are mainly three:

A. For low sexual appetite, rigidity in the relationships with the opposite sex, overweight it is recommended that you consume light, fresh aliments.

B. For overcoming unpleasant states such as possessiveness, jealousy, petulance, diminishing of the sexual appetite, or on the contrary, its exacerbation owing to fury, discontent, irritability, it is recommended that you eat pure, sweet fruits.

C. For getting over a weak erection, accompanied by a low vitality, quick ejaculation, oscillatory sexual appetite, it is recommended that you eat rich nutritious food.
